We had a wonderful stay in a spacious Family Suite, and I loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfort of the clean, well-furnished room. The garden area offered a lovely spot for our kids to play and for us to unwind with a nice drink. Just a heads up, the towels could be a bit plusher, but that didn't overshadow our enjoyable time! 😊

the room was pretty good n clean, liked the comfy bed and good bathroom. also it was really quiet apart from some noise from the bar at night but it wasn't too bad. the location is nice and easy to find, felt chill overall. suited our needs as we just needed a place for the night.

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality!
We had a delightful overnight stay! The landlord personally fetched a takeaway for us, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing outside with stunning views. Rooms are spacious and well-stocked. For breakfast, consider nearby cafes for a lovely start to your day. We can't wait to return for a longer visit!

The Standard Twin Room was compact and spotlessly clean with super-comfy beds. I loved the pizza and pint deal which was a fantastic way to unwind. The views from the beer garden were simply stunning and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
No complaints whatsoever.

It was just an excellent fit for a walk in the evening in Stroud with decent value for money. The bathroom in my room was a bit cramped, but it was fine for a solo traveler. Check if there are any larger rooms available for a more comfortable stay.

I had a charming stay at Star Inn in Stroud. The room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a one-night visit. The landlord greeted me warmly and allowed early parking, which was a nice touch. The surrounding countryside offered beautiful views, especially from the pub garden. the bathroom setup left something to be desired. The toilet felt cramped due to the design of the alcove, and I missed having a full-length mirror in the room. At the price of £150 for the night, I expected more amenities, like cups for tea and bedside lighting. While my room was comfortable, the bad smell from the drains in the bathroom was hard to overlook.

Awesome Stay with Great Vibes!
We booked last minute and it turned out to be a lucky find! The owners were super nice, even got us pizza when we arrived. Also loved chilling outside with stunning views. Room was comfy with lots of tea/coffee. Only wish there were breakfast options on-site. No biggie, tho, a quick drive to the village worked!
